*Ingredients: 3 cups 9 grain flour, 1 tsp instant yeast, 1/2 cup warm water,
3/4 cup raisins, 1 cup sunflower seed(1/2 cup blended)

*Tip 1: It needs to be fermented for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Tip 2: If you don’t have a machine for proofing the dough, you can turn on the oven light for 2-3 hours in advance and then place the dough inside. This will help the dough rise well. (DO NOT preheat the oven.)
