*RECIPE*
1. Soak a handfull of makhana in a bowl for 5 minutes.
2. Take two boiled potatoes.
3. Add a chopped onion, a chopped capsicum, 20 to 40 gram grated paneer, soaked Makhana, 1 tbsp of table salt, 1 tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tbsp of garam Masala, 1 tbsp of red mirch powder, and a chopped green coriander.
4. mix all the ingredients well and give them the shape of tikki.
5. Now roast the tikki on a medium flame untill they become golden brown.
6. Your delicious health paneer makhana tikki is ready, enjoy.
