QUICK AND EASY RECIPE
Lentils are plant based protein and packed with fibre
Lentils are packed with B vitamins, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc.

You can make paneer sliders or chicken sliders with it to complete its amino acid profile and to complete your protein requirements

I added pysillium husk for extra fibre
Psyllium husk is a prebiotic and it’s very good for our gut bacteria .A healthy gut means better absorption and stronger immune system.
Recipe –
Overnight soaked lentil – 1 cup
Salt- according to taste/ 1tsp
Oil -1.5 tbsp
Pysillium husk -1/4 cup
Yogurt -1/4 cup
Baking soda -1/4 TSP
Vinegar/Lemon juice – 1tsp
Seeds- Sesame seed , poppy seed,onion seed- 1tsp
Ghee for coating – 1 tsp

Preheat the oven on convection mode at 180°C for 10 min
Bake this lentil bun on parchment paper for 25 min
On hot bun apply thin layer of ghee . It’s totally optional if you like you can apply a thin layer of ghee..
