=======================Lentils & Beetroot salad Ingredients:
2 baked Beertoots (350 g)
Boiled lentils ½ cup (100 g)
Feta cheese 40 g
A small bunch of parsley (30 g)
Special dressing ingredients:
Garlic powder 1 tsp (4 g)
Olive oil 4 tbsps (30g)
Salt 1 tsp (4 g)
Lemon juice 2 tbsps (14 g)
Black pepper ½ tsp (2 g)
Lentils & Beetroot salad recipe:
First, grate the beetroots and place them in a bowl.
Add the cooked lentils to it.
Then, chop the parsley and add it to the bowl.
Now prepare the salad dressing.
Pour the olive oil into a bowl. Add the lemon juice and spices to it. Mix the ingredients well together.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Finally, crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it on top of the salad.
