Healthy Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich!
Recipe:
– 3 eggs
– 2 pieces of sourdough
– cheese of choice
– cherry tomatoes
– sliced avocado
– arugula
– ground pepper
– red pepper flakes
– EVOO
Instruction:
Add your eggs to a frying pan on low medium heat, coat both sides of the sourdough in the eggs, let set, then flip. Add all your favorite fillings, let set, close it, remove from pan, slice and enjoy! 💛
