Hey guys! so this is my first official vlog on this channel! I was feeling a bit under the weather, so I decided to have a chill day and take it easy when getting back into my fitness because I have been recovering from a tilted pelvis, so these are some stretches that I like to do! I also want to disclaim that I am not shaming my body at all and I took 6 months off to take care of my body and the things it was going through. I do my best to have a balanced diet and will be sharing the journey!
