– Per scoop (depends on the flavour), it’s about 126kcals (4.2c 0.8f 24.4p)
– Pretty much just pure protein with close to 0 carbs and fats
– Convenient and easy
– One of the best tasting protein powders I’ve had (not just saying this because I’m sponsored. I’ve had my fair share of protein powders that makes me want to vomit 🤢)
– Can be used in recipes! 🍨

🧀 Low Fat Cottage Cheese
– Around 86kcal (5c 1.8f 12.4p) per 100g
– If you’re a fan of cheese, then I’m sure you’ll like this!
– Goes well with crackers or bread
– Some people make cottage cheese pancakes with these! It was kind of doo doo when I tried it though but I think I followed the recipe incorrectly haha
