Because with ONE prep and ONE protein you will get THREE different meals from it! 😍
All the recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free and anti-inflammatory. They are filled with veggies, healthy fats and protein from the chicken.
Today we are prepping all the ingredients and it took me about 45 minutes (but honestly could be less if I wasn’t filming 🤣)
Then we will make 3 meals over the next 3 days:

🍅Meal 3: Bruschetta Chicken with Zucchini
With this prep you will get 6 servings, with 2 servings per meal. If you have a bigger family, just double the recipe!
