Crispy & Soft Paneer Salad – Day 21/50

Ingredients:
80g Low-fat Paneer
80g Dahi (Yogurt)
1/2 tsp Ghee
1/2 small Cucumber
1/2 small Carrot
1 small Onion
1/2 cup shredded Cabbage
Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala (to taste)

Instructions:
Mix Salad: Combine dahi, veggies, salt, and black pepper.

Cook Paneer: Coat paneer with spices, sear in ghee till crispy.

Serve: Top salad with crispy paneer and enjoy!
