Just one ingredient with the seasonings of your choice and you’ve got a cracker with 50g of protein! I ended up breaking mine up and enjoying with some yogurt dip but the possibilities for enjoying this are endless!

INGREDIENTS
1-2 chicken breasts (mine were 230g)
Seasonings of choice
I used
1/2 tsp garlic powder (heaping)
1/2 tsp paprika (heaping)
Sprinkle of chili powder
1/4 tsp of @osmosalt vidalia onion (code 2explorewellness to save) https://glnk.io/jxm5/2explorewellness
pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
•Preheat oven to 300
•Blend all ingredients well
•Place chicken on parchment paper with more on top (or plastic wrap) and roll out very thing
•Move to a baking sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes, then an extra 5 on 350 (timing depends on how thick you make it!)
•Let cool and enjoy!
