White Bean Chili:
-2 pound cooked chicken diced
-4(15-ounce) cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
-2 cups chicken broth
-2(14½-ounce) can diced tomatoes (not drained)
-1 Bell Pepper Diced
-1 onion diced
-1 cup frozen corn kernels
-2 teaspoon Mineral Salt
-2teaspoons ground cumin
-2 teaspoons chili powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instruction:
-Sauté onion & pepper in bottom of stock pot with a drizzle of oil.
-Pour two cans of beans in the blender with broth and blend, add blended beans to the soup.
-Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20mins to allow flavors to combine. enjoy!

Southwest Skillet Meal:
-1 pound ground turkey
-1 Onion Diced
-2 Bell Peppers diced
-1 cup cooked brown rice
-2 (14½-ounce) cans diced tomatoes, or
-1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
-3/4 cup frozen corn kernels
-2 tablespoons chili powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp ground cumin
-1/2 tsp Mineral Salt
-black pepper to taste
Instructions:
-Saute onions and peppers then remove from skillet. Fry ground turkey till fully cooked. Add veggies back in. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Simmer for 15 mins to combine flavors. Top with sour cream, salsa, jalapeños and desired toppings.

Meat Loaf:
-2lb ground beef
-3/4 cup oat flour or quick oats
-1 cup milk or plain milk kefir
-1 1/2 tsp. salt
-1 small onion, chopped
-1/4 tsp. pepper
-1 egg
Mix all ingredients. Form into a loaf. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
