easy banana blueberry moist cake
Making banana cake is easy and delicious. It can be healthy and nutritious with using proper ingredients. Banana is packed with vitamins and minerals that promotes good health. Since banana are sweet, sugar are not necessary in this baking process.
To make this cake healthy version, Replace refine flour with almond flour (which contains healthy fats and protein) as well as rolled oats (which contains beta glucan fiber, helps lower cholesterol and promotes immune system).
I’ve added ground flaxseed to add extra fiber which will help satiety.
Greek yogurt (probiotic, calcium) to moisten this cake.
Add ons: Blueberries (antioxidants to reduce oxidative stress, protect DNA and healthy aging)
This cake contains egg.
