Recipe: to a bowl add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
3 tablespoons of oats
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
2 tablespoons of almond flakes
1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
Few dates and milk mix everything and add keep it in the fridge overnight
In the morning add fresh banana and enjoy delicious breakfast.
