Chana soup

Ingredients
1-Chana-60gm(1/4th cup)
2-Tomato-80gm
3-Onion-40gm
4-Garlic-5-6 cloves
5-Green chili -as per taste
6-Bay leaves-2
7-Salt-as per taste
8-Jeera-1 tsp
9-Black pepper powder-1/4th tsp
10-Pizza seasoning-Optional(1 tsp)
Method
1-Wash and soak chana overnight.
2-In pressure cooker add soaked chana, bay leaves, tomato, salt and 2 cup water.
3-Cook it until 4 whistle came.
5-In chopper add onion, garlic, chili and chop it finely.
6-Heat the pan add 1 tsp oil, add jeera and chopped vegetables, fry for 3-4 mins.
7-Once cooked chana cools down, separate the cooked chana and water add cooked chana and cooked tomato in blendjet add water and blend it as fine paste.
8-Now add the paste in pan add cooked chana water, blackpepper powder, salt and seasoning.
9-Cook for 3-4 mins.
Serve hot and enjoy
