For two wraps you need (2 smaller servings):
2 medium tortilla wraps (I used protein wraps)
1 small ripe avocado
1/3 red onion chopped
cilantro
3 medium eggs
1/4 cup (25 g) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (80 g) black beans
salt to taste
lemon juice

Mix avocado, chopped cilantro, chopped onion, salt and lemon juice to taste to make guacamole.
Make scrambled eggs. Stir in the cheddar cheese.
Spread the guacamole on the tortilla wraps and top with black beans and the scrambled eggs cheese mixture.
Roll them up and quickly heat them in a pan until golden brown.
