Instructions
1. Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, combine jowar flour, rice flour, and rawa.
Gradually add water and whisk until you get a smooth, lump-free thick batter.

Add the chopped onions, grated ginger, green chilies, jeera, coriander leaves, and salt to the batter.
