Healthy Sandwich Buns – Quick and Easy Recipe
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 zucchini
1 pack of cottage cheese
50g broccoli
50g cauliflower
150g oats
30ml oil
Salt
Paprika
Savory (or your preferred herbs)
Instructions:
Grate the zucchini and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes to allow the oats to soften.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Shape the mixture into buns and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
These healthy buns are perfect for sandwiches, burgers, or as a snack with your favorite dip or spread!
