Ingredients:
– 1Lb (450gr) of organic chicken breast
– 100 ml cold water
– 1 tsp of salt
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp ground ginger
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp of sugar
Let it simmer for 2 hours at 80 ° C / 175 ° F
