Ingredients:
• Fresh Pudina (Mint) – 1 small bunch
• Gud (Jaggery) – 2-3 tbsp (as per taste)
• Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
• Kala Namak (Black Salt) – ½ tsp
• Dahi (Curd/Yogurt) – 1 cup
• Gund Katira (Soaked Overnight) – 2 tbsp
• Sabja Seeds (Soaked for 30 mins) – 1 tbsp
• Chilled Water – 1.5 cups
• Ice Cubes – optional
Method:
1. Blend pudina, gud, jeera powder, kala namak with a little water to make a smooth paste.
2. Add this paste to dahi and mix well.
3. Add soaked gund katira, soaked sabja seeds, chilled water, and ice.
4. Mix well and serve chilled!
