Ingredients:
Spinach (पालक) 250 g
Coriander leaves (धनिए के पत्ते) 1/4 cup
Ginger (अदरक) 1 inch
Garlic (लहसुन) 6
Green chili (हरी मिर्च) 2
Multigrains atta 2 cup
Oil (तेल)1 tsp
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादअनुसार)
Palak puree
For stuffing:
Paneer (पनीर ) 200g
Onion (प्याज) 1 small
Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
Kashmiri lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ajwain (अजवाइन) 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp ( To cook the paratha)

To make spinach puree, first wash the spinach thoroughly and boil it for 2–3 minutes. Then immediately transfer it to cold water and take it out. Blend it along with coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, and green chili into a smooth paste.

Now mix this spinach puree into wheat flour and knead it into a semi-soft dough.

To prepare the paneer stuffing, add finely chopped onion and spices to the paneer and mix well.

Take a portion of the spinach dough, roll it out slightly, place the paneer stuffing in the center, fold the edges, and roll it out again like a stuffed paratha.

Cook it on a hot tawa with a little oil until both sides are golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
