This Protein Bistro Box is PERFECT for snack lovers like myself. Sometimes I munch on a few peppers and hummus or nuts before my lunch break.
When I first made this box I didn’t think I would feel full and satisfied. To my surprise, my experience was quite the contrary! Almonds really satiate and suppress appetite. You’re getting fiber from the apples as well, which also helps you feel fuller longer. There’s also a healthy amount of good fats (Omega 3s) and protein in the nuts and string cheese to help you feel full and build muscle.
