25g Soaked & Cooked Soya Chunks – 13g Protein
100g Paneer – 18g Protein
Total – 43 protein Approx ( good for 2 meals )
➡️Spices :
Garlic, green chili, fresh coriander, cumin, coriander seeds
Blend them
➡️Add Besan Flour for thickness
➡️ Add Onion + Fresh coriander
➡️ make small cutlets and cook on low flame until you hear cracking sound
✅ Cool it to room temperature to get crunchy effect
✅ Add this to any salad 🥗 or side dish
✅ Good for snack also
