Hope you are doing good 🙂 In this video i have shown “How to make Pongal with Little millet / Saamai arisi / Saamalu / Chama”. Little millets are high in Iron content, boosts the immune system, contains antioxidants. Helps for diabetes patients and cancer patients. Since it reduces cholesterol this is a weight loss recipe too. It also reduces the risk of a heart attack.

Little millet – 3/4 cup
Moong dal – 1/4 cup
Water – 3 to 4 Cups
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashews – 10
Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt as required
Curry leaves
