Ingredients:
Oil- 2 tbsp
Ginger- 1 inch
Garlic- 8-10 cloves
Green chilli- 3
Onion- 1
Cabbage- 1/4 part
Carrot- 1
Capsicum- 1/2
Salt- to taste
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp (adjust to spice)
(fine chop all the vegetables & cook for 2 to 4 minutes)

Refined flour/Maida- 1 cup
Salt- 2 pinch
water- 4-6 tbsp
(Knead well for 8-10mins & rest dough for 15 mins)
(steam momos for 15 to 20 minutes)
