Recipe:

3-4 cucumbers (cut into circles then stripes)
2 carrots (medium size, peeled from skin and peeled to stripes)
2 cloves of garlic (shredded or chopped)

Dressing:

Low-sodium Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp
Honey – 1/2 tbsp
Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
