Whenever I’m in a calorie deficit, these are my go-to low calorie food items PART 30

🫛 Edamame
– Makes for a great low calorie snack for someone who’s really peckish
– Also has a decent amount of protein as well
– The Only Bean’s Roasted Edamame is a good pick up as it’s over 40g of protein per 100g (The one I’m eating in the video)! I found them at Costco 🙂

🤡 Chewing gum
– Has the properties of both rubber and gum
– Close to 0 calorie per piece of gum
– Can potentially help curb hunger
– Just make sure to have self control as the calories do add up if you end up finishing a packet in one sitting haha

🍨 @musclenationfood Protein Ice Cream
– Sponsored but not sponsored, this is actually the best protein ice cream I’ve had so far
– Super creamy and is pretty much identical to normal ice cream as opposed to the really icy protein ice cream
– Pretty low calorie and high protein for the entire pint
– Has 3 different flavours to choose from: cookies and cream, salted caramel, chocolate brownie
– I just wish they were cheaper 🥲
