Homemade Nutella Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 cup (140 g) hazelnuts
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
• 1-2 tablespoons plant-based milk or water (as needed for consistency)

Instructions:
1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast them for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and fragrant. Let them cool slightly.
2. Once cooled, you can rub the hazelnuts between a kitchen towel to remove some of the skins, this step is optional.
3. In a food processor, blend the hazelnuts until they form a smooth paste. This may take a few minutes, and you may need to scrape down the sides occasionally.
4. Once you have a smooth hazelnut paste, add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil. Blend again until everything is well combined. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little almond milk or water to reach your desired consistency.
5. Taste your Nutella and adjust the sweetness or cocoa level if needed.
6.Transfer your homemade Nutella to a jar and store it in the refrigerator. It should last for about 2-3 weeks.
