ARABIC SALAD 🥗
This is jain version of popular Arabic salad.
ingredients :
1 cucumbers, diced
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 medium capcicum, diced
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
Dressing:
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Method
1. Finely chop all your veggies
2. Add veggies in a bowl then goes in the dressing & mix them all together.
3. Quick, healthy and delicious salad is ready to eat.
