Ingredients:
* Boiled shakarkandi
* Makhana -1 cup
* Ghee – 1 tsp (for roasting)
* Dahi – ½ cup (smooth whisked)
* Vrat wali green chutney – 2 tbsp
* Vrat wali imli ki chutney – 2 tbsp
* Sendha namak-as per taste
* Black pepper – ½ tsp
* Roasted jeera powder – ½ tsp
* Anar ke dane – 2 tbsp

Method :
1. Makhanon ko halka ghee me crispy roast karein.
2. Boiled shakarkandi ko slice karke tawa par crispy roast karein. (Boil sweet potatoes for 2 whistles, peel and slice)
3. Plate me shakarkandi slices rakhein, upar dahi dalein.
4. Makhaney sprinkle karein.
5. Green & imli chutney dalein.
6. Sendha namak, black pepper aur roasted jeera powder chhidke.
7. Anar ke dane garnish karein.
8. Healthy vrat special chaat ready.
