2 zucchini
3 carrots
5 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
2 sweet spoons salt
1 sweet spoon red pepper
1 sweet spoon black pepper
1 sweet spoon red flake pepper
1 sweet spoon dried or fresh dill
2 table spoons oil
Grate the zucchini and carrots, then carefully squeeze out all the excess water from the vegetables. After that, add garlic, eggs, flour, spices, salt and add olive or other oil for baking.
Baking time in the oven is approximately 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
