“Churmuri” (also spelled “churumuri”, “charumuri”) is a popular street‑food/snack in Karnataka (South India). It is essentially a local variant of bhel puri made with puffed rice (mandakki) and mixed with vegetables, spices and seasonings
Ingredients Used:
Puffed Rice : 3 Cup
Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 Tbsp
Coconut Oil : 3 Tbsp
Masala Mix :
Tomato : 1 Cup
Onion: 1 Cup
Carrot : 1/4 Cup
Salt: 1/4 Tbsp
Chili Powder: 1/2 Tbsp
Raw mango : 2 Tbsp
Ground Nut : 3 Tbsp
Lemon Juice : 1 Tsp
Mix well for 5 Minutes and then add Puffed Rice
