Veg Mayo Sandwich

Ingredients :
1/4 Cup Capsicum
1/4 Cup Carrot
1/4 Cup Onion
1/4 Cup Tomato (deseeded)
1/4 Cup Cucumber
1/2 Cup Cabbage
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tbsp Sugar
3/4 to 1 Cup Mayonnaise
Slice Bread

Method :
1. Add all veggies, salt, pepper, sugar and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Add generously on a slice of bread. Close the sandwich. Cut the edges and cut into triangles or rectangles and enjoy.
