Palak – 2 bunch (dhokar blanch kiya hua)

Paneer – 200g (cubes)

Pyaaz – 1 medium

Tamatar – 1 medium

Adrak Lahsun – 1 tbsp paste

Hari mirch – 1-2

Jeera – ½ tsp

Haldi – ½ tsp

Dhania powder – 1 tsp

Garam masala – ½ tsp

Namak – taste ke hisaab se

Low fat milk / dahi – 2-3 tbsp (optional for creaminess)

1-2 tsp oil ya ghee (kam tel = healthy!)

Method / Nirdesh:

Palak ko 2-3 min boil karke thande paani me dal dein (green color lock ho jayega).

Palak + hari mirch ko grind karke smooth puree banayein.

Pan me 1-2 tsp oil, jeera daalein.

Pyaaz sauté karein, adrak-lahsun paste add karein.

Tamatar + masale add karein, achhi tarah bhunein.

Palak puree add karein aur 5-7 min cook karein.

Paneer cubes add karein.

Creaminess ke liye milk/dahi add karein (optional, healthy!).

Garam masala & serve hot with roti or rice ✅

✔ Paneer ko oil mein fry na karein — direct gravy me add karein
✔ Cream ki jagah low fat milk/dahi use karein
✔ Iron + Protein ka bada source! 💪
