*RECIPE*
1. In a bowl add one cup of makhana, handful of almonds and pistachios.
2. Add cashews along with 4 dates.
3. Add one glass of milk and kesar.
4. Soak it for 30 minutes.
5. Add the mixture in blender along with one banana and half apple.
6. Blend and make smoothie.
7. Garnish with dry fruits and enjoy.
8. Your delicious healthy fruit smoothie is ready
