Grated fresh coconut – ½ cup
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)

For tempering (optional but traditional):
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Chana dal – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – few
Dry red chilli – 2 nos
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Hing – 1 pinch
