Ingredients: THM (E)
1/3 cup low fat Good Culture Cottage Cheese (blended up with an immersion blender)
4-5 oz. canned chicken
2 celery sticks
Sprinkle of sugar free dried cranberries or raisins.
Mineral Salt and black pepper to taste.
1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
2. Serve with a piece of on plan toast and sliced veggies.
