INGREDIENTS :

The best potato salad:
-2 medium potato,cut into small
Olive Oil,paprika,salt,garlic powder & bake for 45 minutes or till tender.
Dressing :
-3 tbsp yogurt
-3 tbsp mayonnaise
-lemon juice
-salt
-garlic powder
-Italian seasoning
-cucumber,1 large
-onion,1 small
-parsley
-corn,1 can

Pakistan Style Salad:
Yoghurt,thick 3/4 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Green chili,paste 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Penne Pasta boiled 1 cup
Chickpea boiled 1/2 cup
Cucumber cubes 1/2 cup
Potato boiled & cubes 1 cup
Onion chopped 1/4 cup
Beetroot boiled & cubes 1/2 cup
