Nut-Seed-Herb mix ingredients: Red peanuts, white peanuts, pistachios, cashews, macadamia nuts, pine nuts, pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, cacao nibs, brown flaxseed, sesame seeds, golden linseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, desiccated coconut, lavender, flame raisins, goji berries, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, dried mint, black sesame seeds, nigella seeds, caraway seeds, fennel seeds, turmeric (optional), cardamom (optional).
Seeded mix ingredients: Chia seeds, sesame seeds, golden linseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, Pine nuts.
