Oats With 2 Eggs – Healthy Breakfast Recipe! I cook it almost every day!



Healthy oatmeal and egg breakfast that I make almost every day! Japanese chef’s recipe for weight loss and healthy eating!

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 cup oats, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3 tbsp honey, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 ripe banana, 2 tbsp flour, 1 ounce peanuts (30 grams), 1 ounce pistachios (30 grams), 1 ounce cheddar cheese (30 grams), 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp chia seeds.
