⭐ Ingredients

For Healthy Coleslaw (No Mayo):
– Cabbage (shredded)
– Cucumber (julienned)
– Onion (long slices)
– Hung curd / Greek yogurt – 1 tsp
– Salt – to taste
– Black pepper – to taste
– Stevia (optional, for mild sweetness)
– Coriander leaves

For Paneer Patty Filling:
– Paneer (thick slices)
– Oregano
– Salt
– Black pepper powder
– Chilli flakes (optional)
– Butter (for frying)

Other Ingredients:
– Mushrooms (sliced, optional)
– Lettuce leaves (or blanched cabbage leaves)
– Tomato slices
– Onion slices

⭐ Step-by-Step Recipe
1️⃣ Prepare Healthy Coleslaw
– In a bowl, add hung curd.
– Add cabbage, cucumber, onion.
– Season with salt, black pepper.
– Add a pinch of stevia if you want mild sweetness.
– Mix well and keep aside.

2️⃣ Season the Paneer
– Sprinkle oregano, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes on paneer slices.

3️⃣ Fry Paneer & Mushrooms
– Heat butter in an iron pan.
– Fry paneer until golden brown on both sides.
– Fry mushrooms alongside paneer for extra flavour.

4️⃣ Assemble the Burger
– Take lettuce leaves as the burger base (no bun needed).
– Add coleslaw.
– Add tomato & onion slices.
– Place fried paneer and mushrooms.
– Add optional homemade sauce or cheese if needed.
– Cover with another lettuce leaf.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
