🧾 Ingredients:
To Soak:
• 4–5 dry red chillies
• 10–12 cashews
• Hot water (for soaking)

For the Tandoori Mayo:
• 100g paneer
• 50-60g curd (thick)
• Oregano
• Chilli flakes
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper (optional)

🍳 Recipe:
1️⃣ Soak the Base:
Add dry red chillies and cashews to a bowl. Pour hot water and let them soak for 10–15 mins.
2️⃣ Blend the Sauce:
In a blender, add paneer, curd, oregano, chilli flakes, salt and black pepper.
Add the soaked chillies & cashews.
3️⃣ Make It Creamy:
Blend into a smooth, creamy paste.
