INGREDIENTS:-
11 #leftover Idlis cubed
4-5 Roughly Chopped #Green Chillies #harimirch # hirvi mirchi
1 Tspn #Mustard Seeds #rai #mohri
1 Tspn #Cumin Seeds #jeera #jira
1/2 Tspn #Turmeric Powder #haldi # halad
1 Tspn #dry mango powder #amchur powder
4tbspn #Oil #meetha tel #goda tel

Tips:-
1) On low to medium flame let them roast on all sides so that they become Crispier Outside and soft Inside.
2)Remember, if you are making idli same day you made idli then refrigerate idli first and then make idli fry.
3) Dont Stir too much or else cubed idlis will break.
