My first kickboxing fight is in less than 4 days!
At this point I wanted to be at 145 but I am at 148lbs! So all gads on deck. I need to eat just enough to survive while still pushing out 2500+ calorie burn per day (including my natural 1800 burn per day just by being an active person)
I am going to only have 3 days to get to my goal weight of 141lbs to be able to weigh in at 140 on the day of the fight..
I am hoping I can lose at least one pound with this diet and exercise program this week.
