Weightloss Recipes – Tofu Bhurji

Ingredients
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup Finely chopped onions
3/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
Spices : 1/2 tsp degi mirch + 3/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder + 1/3 tsp turmeric powder + 1/2 tsp coriander powder + 1/4 tsp amchur powder & salt as taste
50 gm fat free yogurt
180 gm crumbled extra firm tofu (You need it to get perfect Indian style tofu bhurji)
Method
In a pan, add oil + cumin seeds & paste. Sauté for few seconds and then add onions and sauté until translucent.
Then add tomatoes and the spices, mix well and let it cook. Add 50 gm fat free yogurt, cook for another 4-5 min. Then add crumbled tofu. Mix well and serve it hot with chilla or roti.
