2 ripe bananas
1 cup natural peanut butter
ÂĽ cup multigrain wheat flour
â…“ cup jaggery powder
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
Optional toppings: chocolate chips / nuts / seeds
👩‍🍳 Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
Peel and mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
Add the egg and whisk well.
Mix in peanut butter, wheat flour, jaggery powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips or add toppings of choice.
Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 5–10 minutes, slice into bars, and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container for 2 days at room temperature or 4 days refrigerated.
