Sweet potato palak paratha
➡️boil sweet potato mash them
➡️add chopped palak
➡️finely chopped garlic
➡️salt turmeric powder and chilli flakes(don’t add chilli powder)because with chilli flakes taste better than the chilli powder and sesame seeds
➡️add little oil and kneed a dough with needed water
➡️let the dough rest for 15 minutes and make parathas just the way me make and cook both sides with little oil
Trust me they turned out super soft and taste great
