ingredients
1 beetroot grated
1 carrot grated
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
2 cucumbers ( small)
1/2 lemon
corriander finely chopped
1 Green chilly finely chopped
salt to taste

mix it all in a large bowl

Tip – You can add finely chopped paneer and boiled sweet corn to it if you wish.
