Ingredients
1 cup grated carrot
2 cups finely chopped cabbage
½ cup corn (boiled)
½ cup mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Butter
Brown bread slices
Steps:
Prepare the filling-
In a bowl, combine grated carrot, cabbage, and boiled corn.
Add mayonnaise.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix well until creamy and evenly coated.
Assemble-
Spread a generous amount of the veggie mayo mixture on a slice.
Cover with another slice.
Serve options-
Serve fresh.
OR toast/grill until golden and crispy.
