Ingredients:
-2 Lbs of Chicken Breast (907g)
-5 Medium Russet Potatoes (~150g each)
-1: 16oz Can of Refried Beans (454g)
-1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (112g)
-1 Cup Barbecue Sauce (280g)
-2 Tsp Garlic Powder
-2 Tsp Onion Powder
-2 Tsp Salt
-2 Tsp Pepper

Instructions:
1.) Cook chicken with seasonings and BBQ sauce in crockpot (high 3–4 hrs or low 6–8 hrs).
2.) Bake oiled, fork-pierced potatoes at 350°F for ~60 min until tender.
3.) Shred chicken; warm refried beans.
4.) Split potatoes, top with beans, BBQ chicken, and cheese; bake 2–3 min until melted.
5.) Cool slightly and enjoy.
