Instant Suji Appe Batter (No Fermentation)

Ingredients:
• 1 cup suji (semolina)
• ½ cup curd
• ½ cup water (adjust as needed)
• Salt, Jeera, Red chilli powder
• ½ tsp Eno or baking soda (optional, for softness)

Method:
1. Mix suji + curd + water. Rest 10–15 mins.
2. Add salt, jeera, red chilli powder and Eno just before cooking.
3. Pour in appe pan and add vegetables like: Carrot 🥕, Onion 🧅 , Tomato 🍅, Capsicum 🫑, Coriander 🌿, Green peas 🫛
4. Now add more batter to it
5. ⁠Cook on medium flame
6. ⁠Flip when golden and cook both sides
7. ⁠Serve & enjoy
